Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Object Leader
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate and follow up engineering activities related to vehicle development projects
- Support development of schematics and cable harness solutions for vehicle chassis systems
- Plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate activities related to test vehicle components and engineering releases
- Identify, manage, and follow up project deviations, risks, and corrective actions
- Ensure project commitments and delivery targets are achieved
- Report project status, progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary coordination point between project teams and stakeholders
- Support engineering teams in daily planning and execution activities
- Foster collaboration, engagement, and effective teamwork across functions
- Contribute to line group activities, process improvements, and operational development
- Support organizational and team development initiatives
What You Bring
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, design, or product development environments
- Proven experience in project coordination, planning, and follow-up activities
- Experience working in Agile teams and project-oriented organizations
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and disciplines
- Experience working within automotive, vehicle development, or engineering environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance technical details with a broader project perspective
