Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Object Leader

What You Will Work On

  • Coordinate and follow up engineering activities related to vehicle development projects
  • Support development of schematics and cable harness solutions for vehicle chassis systems
  • Plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate activities related to test vehicle components and engineering releases
  • Identify, manage, and follow up project deviations, risks, and corrective actions
  • Ensure project commitments and delivery targets are achieved
  • Report project status, progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the primary coordination point between project teams and stakeholders
  • Support engineering teams in daily planning and execution activities
  • Foster collaboration, engagement, and effective teamwork across functions
  • Contribute to line group activities, process improvements, and operational development
  • Support organizational and team development initiatives

What You Bring

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, design, or product development environments
  • Proven experience in project coordination, planning, and follow-up activities
  • Experience working in Agile teams and project-oriented organizations
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and disciplines
  • Experience working within automotive, vehicle development, or engineering environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance technical details with a broader project perspective
