Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Lead

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and coordinate strategic ITSM and ServiceNow initiatives from analysis through implementation
  • Drive implementation projects in collaboration with Product Owners, process owners, platform teams, and business stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to define solution scope and implementation strategy
  • Coordinate project planning, testing, training, deployment, and business adoption
  • Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standard functionality and platform best practices
  • Act as the bridge between ITSM processes, ServiceNow platform teams, and business organizations
  • Drive initiatives such as Workspace implementation, ITSM modernization, and automation readiness
  • Support the introduction of AI capabilities, including Now Assist and ITSM automation
  • Structure and manage backlogs, epics, features, and user stories
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication and change management activities
  • Support continuous improvement of ITSM processes and ServiceNow capabilities
  • Ensure successful delivery while maintaining scope, quality, and platform governance

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, Technical Project Manager, Product Specialist, or ITSM Consultant
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, and CMDB/CSDM
  • Experience leading ServiceNow implementations or major platform transformation projects
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Experience working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Strong experience managing backlogs, epics, features, and user stories
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow standard functionality versus customizations
  • Experience with stakeholder management, organizational change management, and solution adoption
  • Strong workshop facilitation, planning, and coordination skills
  • Ability to drive initiatives without owning all technical implementation activities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
