Senior UI Designer

Assignment Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join a dynamic digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional visual design expertise, strong systems-thinking capabilities, and a creative, exploratory mindset. This role involves designing intuitive user interfaces while contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system that supports multiple brands and digital platforms.

The successful consultant will leverage AI-assisted workflows to enhance consistency, accessibility, and user experience across a diverse range of digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform user insights, brand guidelines, and strategic design principles into effective and visually compelling interface solutions.
• Develop scalable interface designs by applying a systematic and holistic design approach.
• Support the assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party digital solutions by contributing to requirements gathering and solution evaluations.
• Assist in building, maintaining, and evolving a resilient design system that can be utilized across multiple products and platforms.
• Utilize design tokens, including typography, color schemes, spacing, and component standards, to ensure alignment between design and development teams.
• Embed accessibility standards and inclusive design practices throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring compliance with WCAG guidelines.
• Partner closely with developers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver practical and technically feasible UI solutions.
• Contribute to the adoption and enhancement of AI-enabled workflows within design and development processes.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design concepts that support product vision and user needs.
• Promote consistency, usability, and design excellence across digital touchpoints.
