Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, Lund
As a Project Manager, you will take on a key role in leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives that shape the long-term direction of Operations and Axis. What you'll do as a Project Manager? As a Project Manager, you will initially take ownership of one of Operations' most strategic transformation initiatives - the implementation of our future Supply Planning capabilities that ensures Axis can scale our business effectively. This transformation spans process, organization, governance, data, systems and ways of working. Your mission is to lead the capability journey from business vision and process design through solution implementation, adoption and realization of business value. You will work closely with Business Process Owners, Operations leadership, IT, system vendors and implementation partners to ensure that the future Supply Planning capability supports Axis' long-term supply chain strategy and operational ambitions. Beyond the immediate Supply Planning transformation, you will become a key member of the Cross Functional Projects & Systems team and lead future enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Operations and Axis. In this role, you will influence strategic decisions, shape governance structures, challenge existing ways of working and act as a trusted advisor across the organization. With a broad understanding of business processes, systems and organizational dependencies, you will translate complex business challenges into scalable and sustainable solutions that create measurable business value. Your main responsibilities include:
Supply Planning Transformation Leadership
- Leading the implementation of Axis' future Supply Planning capabilities across process, organization and technology
- Driving the transformation from business requirements through solution design, implementation, deployment and adoption
- Driving organizational readiness, change management and business adoption of new capabilities and ways of working
- Working closely with Business Process Owners to translate strategic capability needs into structured initiatives and implementation roadmaps
- Establishing governance structures and decision forums across business, IT and implementation partners
- Ensuring alignment between Supply Planning processes and adjacent capabilities including Forecast-to-Plan, Order Planning, Procurement, Supplier Collaboration, Manufacturing and Inventory Management
- Defining and tracking success metrics, business outcomes and value realization
Cross Functional Transformation Leadership
- Leading highly complex, cross-functional and strategically important improvement and transformation initiatives across Axis
- Bringing clarity and creating structure in ambiguous areas and complex business and system landscapes to guide senior leadership in decision making
- Developing business cases and evaluating solution alternatives, trade-offs and return on investment
- Applying deep understanding of business processes, operating models and IT systems to identify enterprise-wide impacts and dependencies
- Designing scalable, future-proof solutions balancing business requirements, technical possibilities and operational realities
- Leading cross-functional teams through change and ensuring sustainable adoption of new capabilities
- Challenging existing structures and introducing innovative approaches to support digital and organizational transformation
- Contributing to development of our project portfolio management processes and strengthening our overall transformation capability
Who are we looking for? You are a senior transformation leader with a strong background in Supply Chain Planning and Operations transformation. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are equally comfortable discussing executive-level transformation objectives as diving into planning processes, business requirements and system capabilities. You thrive in environments where process, organization and business technology intersect. You understand that successful supply planning transformations are not achieved through system implementations alone, but through the combination of governance, operating model, data, people and technology. You enjoy navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and have a proven ability to create alignment across business leaders, Business Process Owners, IT organizations, vendors and implementation partners. You are curious, analytical and structured, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguity and drive progress through complex transformation journeys.
We expect you to have

- At least 7-10 years of experience leading complex Supply Chain, Operations or Business Transformation initiatives
- Proven experience leading Supply Planning, Planning Transformation or Integrated Planning initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption
