Senior International Sales & Marketing Specialist

LEDteams Nordic AB is expanding globally. We are seeking a senior International Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive our global sales, with a specific focus on bridging Asian and European markets. The position is based in Kalmar County, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic and operational international sales and global marketing initiatives.
• Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with partners in China and the EU.
• Adapt marketing campaigns to suit diverse international business cultures.

Qualifications and Requirements (Mandatory):

• Minimum of 8 years of documented experience in successful B2B sales and business development within the EU.
• 汉语（普通话）母语者。该职位要求必须具备此能力，因为工作涉及与在中国的重要供应商进行日常、高级商务沟通和谈判，需要深厚的跨文化语言流利度。
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) for international business operations.
• Relevant post-secondary education in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• Currently residing in, or fully willing to relocate to Kalmar County.
