About the Role

Security findings only create value when they lead to the right action. In this role, you will coordinate remediation efforts for vulnerabilities identified through penetration tests and vulnerability scans, helping multiple teams move from findings to concrete improvements.

You will work in a complex environment where application and infrastructure security, risk-based prioritisation, and clear follow-up are all critical. A central part of the role is making sure vulnerabilities are assessed correctly, owned by the right teams, and handled in a structured and transparent way.

Job Description

• You will coordinate outcomes from penetration tests and vulnerability scanning activities and turn findings into clear remediation actions.
• You will assess vulnerabilities together with relevant stakeholders and help prioritise remediation based on risk, impact, and severity.
• You will drive remediation efforts forward, follow up on progress, and help remove blockers when needed.
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to create clear ownership and alignment around security issues.
• You will establish and maintain governance, reporting, and follow-up processes for vulnerability management.
• You will contribute to improved visibility and control of the vulnerability landscape across applications and infrastructure.
• You will support stronger compliance with internal security standards and relevant external regulations through structured follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of application security and infrastructure security.
• Experience working with results from vulnerability scans and penetration test reports.
• Ability to assess risk and prioritise remediation work.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Experience driving remediation activities in a structured manner.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards.
