PVE-2 Vehicle Tester

You will work with one of the most important test steps before production vehicles can meet regulatory requirements. In this role, you will perform PVE2 testing in vehicles and verify that diagnostics and legal conformity work as intended according to authority-driven standards.

You will join a global powertrain environment where precision, traceability, and reliable execution are central to the work. Your testing will have a direct impact on the results that are logged, summarized, and later provided to authorities. • You will perform legally required PVE2 testing in vehicles using a breakout box and scan tool.
• You will trigger diagnostic functions by injecting malfunctions in production cars and verify that the expected behavior is correct.
• You will test conformity of production in line with legal and regulatory expectations in the automotive industry.
• You will log test results in a structured way and contribute to summaries used for authority reporting.
• You will follow test instructions and legal documents closely while helping ensure a reliable and efficient test flow.

• Basic knowledge of combustion engines.
• Driver’s license.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Ability to understand and follow legal documents and testing instructions in English.
• Strong documentation skills and a thorough, reliable way of working.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive team-player mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree or similar, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
