About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Manager to support the successful delivery of enterprise-wide learning, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives. This role is central to ensuring exceptional operational execution, seamless program coordination, and the effective management of learning resources that support a global workforce.

Working closely with Learning & Organizational Development leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you will coordinate program activities, manage communications, maintain scalable content repositories, and help create an outstanding employee learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project coordination, stakeholder management, and learning operations within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and execute logistics for learning and development programs, including scheduling, communications, and stakeholder alignment

• Develop, organize, and maintain program resources and materials within SharePoint and other content platforms to ensure ease of access and consistency

• Support internal communications by collaborating on program messaging, updates, and promotional materials

• Ensure documentation, toolkits, and resources are structured, up-to-date, and scalable across initiatives

• Partner with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across programs

• Assist in tracking program activities and maintaining organizational systems that support delivery and reporting


Essential Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with learning technologies and content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Cornerstone, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital learning content development.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience supporting learning initiatives across virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments.
  • Experience developing assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.


Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related functions.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and content management solutions.
  • Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Facilitation, Coaching, Change Management, or related disciplines.
