Program Business Analyst

You will play a key role in a strategic transformation and performance management program where clear insights, reliable reporting, and strong analytical support are critical for reaching business targets. In this role, you will help create transparency across cost, performance, and progress by connecting data from HR, Finance Controlling, and program leadership.

You will work in a complex international environment with senior stakeholders, where your analysis directly supports steering decisions, forecasting, and continuous improvement. • You will analyze program cost structures, operational performance, and savings opportunities.
• You will develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting models.
• You will align and correlate People data with financial data together with HR and Finance Controlling teams.
• You will monitor performance against targets and identify trends, risks, and deviations.
• You will perform data analysis to support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• You will produce executive-level reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
• You will support steering committees and management reviews with analytical insights and recommendations.
• You will drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and governance practices.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and reporting requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Analytics, Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting solutions.
• Strong experience analyzing financial and operational performance data.
• Experience working with large datasets and turning data into actionable business insights.
• Experience supporting senior management and executive stakeholders with analytical decision support.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data modeling techniques.
• Experience working with financial reporting and controlling processes.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Project or Program Management.
• Experience in large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives.
• Experience integrating HR or People data with financial data for workforce and cost analysis.
• Experience from industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or global enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of program portfolio management and benefits realization tracking.
• Familiarity with HR or People analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL and data extraction or querying techniques.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional organizations.
