Your role

As Product Manager for Arexis, you will be part of the Product Management department within Product Unit Fighter EW, working in a team with other Product Managers (PMs) and Technical Product Managers (TPMs).

You will take end-to-end responsibility for defining, managing and evolving products within the Arexis family - advanced EW systems for fighter aircraft. You will oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring competitiveness, profitability and long-term relevance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management
• Manage product configurations (legacy, current and future) and ensure cost efficiency and profitability
• Contribute to Winning Business, supporting marketing and sales campaigns with deep product expertise
• Participate in Execute Business, ensuring effective development planning and high product quality
• Develop Product Definitions and provide technical and commercial support to Market Areas and Product Sales Responsible (PSR)
• Translate market, customer and operational insights into actionable product decisions

In the coming years, there will be a strong focus on:

• Supporting ongoing marketing and sales campaigns
• Driving product roadmaps and development initiatives
• Sustainment and evolution of existing systems

The role includes national and international travel.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven and structured professional with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across functions and organizations. You are confident, adaptable and comfortable operating in a complex and evolving environment.

• Strong technical leadership capabilities
• Solid understanding of the Electronic Warfare domain
• Deep knowledge of systems engineering and software development
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop both product and business
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics to both technical experts and senior customer stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Swedish ​

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
