About the RoleYou will join an experienced implementation team working on the modernization of a post-trade landscape in the financial markets space. The assignment focuses on moving trade flows from local solutions to a common Nordic settlement platform, in an area shaped by major market changes such as T+1 settlement, infrastructure convergence and broader consolidation across Europe.
In this role, you will work close to both business and technology, helping turn requirements into sustainable solutions that support securities settlement processes. You will be part of a setting where analysis, design and implementation go hand in hand, and where your work contributes to making market operations more efficient, scalable and robust.

Job Description- You will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities and define a clear delivery scope.
- You will shape solutions together with the team and document decisions so they are easy to understand, maintain and evolve over time.
- You will implement changes through Calypso configuration and, when needed, development in areas such as Java, integrations and automation.
- You will plan and execute functional testing and UAT together with stakeholders, while also contributing to improvements in quality and test automation.
- You will troubleshoot production issues, drive root-cause analysis and help implement long-term improvements that reduce recurring incidents.
- You will contribute across the full change lifecycle, from idea and analysis through implementation and production support.
- Relevant experience from financial markets and post-trade, especially securities settlement.
- Experience combining analysis, solution design and hands-on implementation.
- Hands-on experience delivering changes in an IT development setup, agile or hybrid, from idea to production.
- Ability to understand system architecture and make sound design choices that balance functionality, performance and maintainability.
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Good working knowledge of Swedish.
- Experience with the Calypso application.
- Java development experience.
- Experience with integrations.
