About the Role

You will take a key role in a global payroll transformation where complex system implementations need to come together with local process discovery across multiple countries. In this assignment, you will work across Payroll, Employee Life Cycle, and Time & Attendance, helping shape future-state solutions while securing a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.

You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, payroll vendors, and senior stakeholders in an international environment where structure, compliance, and clear communication matter. This is an interesting opportunity for you who enjoy leading business-critical change and influencing both delivery and process design in a global robotics setting.

Job Description

• You will lead payroll system implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
• You will drive local country discovery activities to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions.
• You will define scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, and keep the project plan aligned with progress.
• You will coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, external payroll vendors, and business stakeholders.
• You will manage implementation activities such as integrations and data migration.
• You will facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.
• You will oversee SIT, UAT, parallel payroll runs, and defect resolution to support a stable rollout.
• You will monitor risks, issues, resources, budgets, and timelines, and drive mitigation when needed.
• You will provide clear status updates to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
• You will support change management, training, operational handover, post-implementation support, and project closure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within payroll or HR transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading payroll implementations in managed services environments.
• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Experience building Workday-to-payroll integrations.
• Strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Strada implementations.
• Experience supporting divestment projects.
