Operations Manager/Trafikchef

Dynamic Transport Stockholm AB is a growing transport and logistics company based in Stockholm. We operate taxi and on-demand passenger transport services. The company is a member of Biltrafikens Arbetsgivareförbund and is covered by the Tjänstemannaavtalet för Transportföretagen (Unionen).

We are now looking for a structured and hands-on Operations Manager to take responsibility for the daily operations of our transport business.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and follow-up of our transport operations. You will lead the operational work and ensure that our services run smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating daily transport operations and schedules
• Leading and supporting drivers and operational staff
• Monitoring performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Handling day-to-day customer and partner communication
• Developing and improving internal routines and processes
• Following up on operational KPIs and reporting to management

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in operations within transport, logistics, or taxi services
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has good leadership skills
• Enjoys hands-on operational work and problem-solving
• Has experience in staff management or team leadership

Meritorious:

• Previous experience from taxi or passenger transport operations
• Experience with transport planning systems or scheduling tools
