Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst

What You Will Work On

• Lead requirements analysis and system analysis activities
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and system requirements
• Analyze and improve insurance processes and system capabilities
• Facilitate workshops, investigations, and stakeholder discussions
• Support solution design and implementation activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions
• Support agile delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in system enhancements and transformation initiatives
• Document requirements, processes, and solution designs
• Support testing, validation, and business acceptance activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of requirements management practices
