Head of Product
Lovable lets anyone build software with plain English. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to turn raw ideas into real products fast. We're at the forefront of a foundational shift in how software is created, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works.
Over 2 million people in 200+ countries already use Lovable to launch businesses, automate work, and bring their ideas to life, and we're just getting started.
We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We seek people who care deeply, ship fast, and want to make a lasting impact.
As Head of Product, you'll define the long-term product vision and strategy for Lovable. You'll shape how millions of people experience building software, lead the product organization through rapid scaling, and ensure we stay fast, inventive, and deeply user-centric as we grow.
What you'll do
- Shape the future of AI-native product development: Partner with Engineering and Research to define how AI transforms the product experience, from generation to deployment to iteration.
- Drive product-led growth: Define and execute strategies that turn product usage into acquisition, activation, and retention loops.
- Develop the product vision and strategy: Partner with Founders, Engineering, and Design to define the product roadmap and align it with Lovable's mission and long-term goals.
- Build and scale a world-class product and design organization: Lead and grow the product team, structuring it for velocity, clarity, and ownership as Lovable scales.
- Own the user experience end-to-end: Ensure every touchpoint — from onboarding to advanced workflows — is fast, intuitive, and joyful.
- Evolve the product culture: Uphold a culture of user obsession, rapid experimentation, data-informed decisions, and low-ego collaboration across distributed teams.
- Mentor senior leaders: Grow product managers and directors into exceptional leaders who multiply their teams' impact.
- Own product delivery: Set clear goals, drive execution, and hold the bar for quality, speed, and innovation.
- Recruit and retain top talent: Help attract exceptional product people globally and ensure every new hire thrives.
- Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Engineering, Design, People, and GTM to ensure product is deeply integrated across the company.
- Design for scale: Continuously evolve product processes, prioritization frameworks, and team allocation models as we grow across new product lines and markets.
What we're looking for

- AI pilled you supercharge yourself and each individual at the company, building towards the fully automated “AI improves the product without human intervention” loop
- Lots of bandwidth: execute in hours and days.
- B2B DNA: You will either hire an enterprise product lead, or yourself get energy from winning deals and a super competitive team, while being thoughtful in how to build the best enterprise product and equip the sales and marketing team to win
- Effective regardless of the scale: You've seen scale or lead large teams.
- Matching our level of energy (founder and company)
- Execution and velocity is what matter the most
- Deep product judgment: You have a background in consumer category leading prosumer, developer or cunsumer-facing products and can make crisp prioritization decisions that balance user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- AI-native product thinking: You understand how AI and LLMs are reshaping product development and user experiences, and you have a vision for what AI-native products look like.
- Organizational design expertise: You've built and scaled high-performing product teams with clear career paths, feedback loops, and performance systems.
- Change management: build
- Strong people leadership: You invest deeply in your managers' growth, foster psychological safety, and drive accountability through trust.
- Culture-builder: You model Lovable's values and bring the same energy whether defining product strategy or resolving cross-functional tradeoffs.
- User obsession: You have deep empathy for users — from solo builders to enterprise teams — and can translate their needs into product strategy.
- Data-informed but vision-led: You use data to validate and iterate, but you lead with conviction and product intuition.
- Collaborative by nature: You form strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, and GTM peers and can translate between product, engineering, and business.
- Low ego, high output: You lead through influence, not authority, and measure success by collective impact, not personal spotlight.
- Based in or open to relocating to Stockholm.
