Head of Logistics, LATAM & MEA

As Head of Logistics, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, you will lead the logistics agenda across the continent, connecting global direction with local business needs. You will be responsible for creating stable, efficient and sustainable operations across transport, trade and warehouse flows, while building strong teams and partnerships that help us deliver for our customers and the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Translate global Logistics strategy and targets into a clear continent agenda that reflects local business and customer needs.
• Lead and develop Continent Logistics, including Local Logistics teams, to deliver strong operational and people outcomes.
• Oversee operational planning, execution and performance across Transport & Trade and Warehouse flows.
• Secure stable day-to-day operations within global standards, balancing service levels, cost and sustainability impact.
• Drive operational excellence across end-to-end logistics flows, identifying synergies and improvement opportunities.
• Set and follow up efficiency targets together with Global Logistics, ensuring actions are taken to deliver expected business outcomes.
• Define, manage and follow up the Continent Logistics budget.
• Represent Continent Logistics with internal and external stakeholders, building strong partnerships and highlighting logistics needs, risks and opportunities.
• Lead crisis management and proactive business continuity planning for Continent Logistics.

Experience:

• Proven track record in strategic project management, including global and regional processes, methodologies, and principles
• Deep supply chain expertise combined with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Comprehensive logistics experience across operations and functions (warehousing, transportation, import/export, procurement, vendor management)

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

You will be part of the Continent LATAM & MEA leadership team and work closely with Local Logistics teams across the continent. You will have two direct reports: a Controlling Manager and a Sales & Warehouse Operations Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across H&M Group, Global Supply Chain and logistics colleagues in North America to align priorities, drive performance and strengthen end-to-end logistics across the continent. You will report to Managing Director for Continent LATAM & MEA.
