Global Expert - Talent Attraction & Global Graduate Program
As part of building the new PX organization and Global PX Center of Expertise we are establishing a team focused on Talent Acquisition. The team will shape the employee experience at the start and end of the lifecycle, from attraction, recruitment, pre-boarding, onboarding to offboarding. We are on an exciting journey to strengthen our focus and efforts on how we attract candidates to SKF. Our Talent Attraction capability is key for how we connect and brand ourselves to candidates on the external market. In this role, you will work in the intersection between employer branding, recruitment, leadership, and partner closely with Group Communication and Brand. You will also be owning and leading one of our key talent programmes; the Global Graduate Program, that strengthens our talent pipeline, supports our cultural transformation, and builds capabilities for the future.
As Global Expert - Talent Attraction and Global Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to combine strategic thinking and development of our Talent attractions capabilities with hands-on execution.
What you can expect in the role
- Based on SKF Employer Branding and workforce strategy drive, review and renew our talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the connection to our identified key target groups, diversity targets, and ensure our SKF brand and tone of voice. Ensuring global consistency while enabling local adaptation to diverse labour market dynamics.
- Be part of our Global Employer Branding extended core team developing our way of working with talent attraction together with communication, brand, employer branding lead, and collaborating with regional talent acquisition managers and regional communication teams to secure execution of talent attraction initiatives
- Define and lead the Global Graduate Program strategy, governance, annual cycle, and roadmap in line with SKF’s talent, skills, and workforce priorities.
- Design, manage and facilitate the end-to-end graduate journey, including attraction, selection, pre-boarding, onboarding, rotations, development interventions, mentoring, and final placement.
- Taking a leading role in the renewal of our career site at SKF.com and collaborate with recruitment colleagues to develop our candidate journeys; creating a seamless and positive experience across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with People digital solutions to establish a more data-driven approach, track and analyze key KPIs. Track and follow external talent data and insights to improve attraction and candidate journey, as well as input to the overall Employer Branding Strategy.
- Engage our Talent Acquisition Community through knowledge sharing, insights, external benchmark, and by encouraging idea-sharing across regions and departments.
We expect you to have/be
- A curious strategic mindset with a vision for Talent Attraction, an end-to-end system thinking, and a strong sense of the changing demands on our eco-system.
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, talent development, learning and development, employer branding, or PX in a global or multi-country environment.

- Strong program and project management capability, with the ability to structure, prioritize, execute, and improve complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

- Experience in a global context, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the regions utilizing your exceptional communication, storytelling and influencing skills to increase stakeholder engagement and adoption of new initiatives. High developed communication skills in English.

Some additional information
This is a Global role with location Gothenburg and will report to the Director Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, who is located in Gothemburg.
