About the role 💼

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (DACH) to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech. The company provides an AI-powered platform used by 4,000+ customers across 40+ countries to increase revenue, reduce reliance on OTAs, and drive more direct bookings.

This role focuses on expanding the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and is suited for a high-performing salesperson early in their career with strong results and ambition to grow in a demanding, target-driven environment.

Your responsibilities 🔧

You will own the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal, acting as a trusted advisor to hospitality businesses looking to grow through technology.

  • Drive new business through structured outbound activities and prospecting

  • Manage and develop your pipeline in CRM with high discipline

  • Run online and in-person sales meetings with decision-makers

  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships in the DACH region

  • Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets

Your profile / Required skills ✅

  • Native-level German (C2)

  • Strong English skills (minimum B2)

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, software, or service sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Meritorious skills ⭐

  • Experience selling into hospitality, travel, or tech

  • Experience in international B2B sales environments

  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience working in CRM systems

Compensation 💰

  • Base salary: €50,000–€55,000

  • On-target earnings (OTE): €100,000–€110,000

  • Performance-based commission structure with strong upside
