About the role 🌍

You will join a fast-growing SaaS company within hospitality tech, helping hotels and accommodation providers optimize pricing and increase revenue through data and automation.

The company is expanding across Europe, with a strong focus on the DACH region. You’ll be part of an international, high-performing team in Barcelona, with a strong emphasis on growth, ownership, and development.

Your responsibilities 📞

Prospect and reach out to hospitality businesses across the DACH region
Drive outbound activities via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Build and manage your own pipeline
Work actively in the CRM and maintain high data quality

Consistently generate qualified business opportunities
Achieve activity and pipeline targets
Contribute to expansion in the DACH region
Ensure high-quality lead qualification and meeting booking

Your profile / Requirements ✅

Native-level German
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 months of experience in SDR/BDR or outbound sales
Experience with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Experience working in a CRM system

Nice to have ⭐

Experience in SaaS sales
Experience within the hotel/hospitality industry
Experience working towards the DACH market

💰 Compensation:

Base salary: €30,000
Bonus: €20,000–€25,000
OTE: €55,000–€65,000
