About the role 💼

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Team Lead (player-manager) to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech.

This is a step-up role for a Senior Account Executive looking to move into leadership. You will initially spend the first 3–6 months as an individual contributor, building deep product and market understanding, before transitioning into a Team Lead role combining sales and leadership.

Your responsibilities 🔧

You will play a dual role combining hands-on sales with team leadership.

  • Initially own the full sales cycle as an individual contributor

  • Transition into leading and developing a team of AEs and SDRs

  • Drive performance through 1:1s, coaching, and pipeline reviews

  • Support deals and improve win rates through hands-on involvement

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize go-to-market

  • Contribute to scaling processes, forecasting, and revenue growth

Your profile / Required skills ✅

  • Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

  • Proven top performance as an individual contributor (AE)

  • Experience coaching or informally leading others

  • Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM

  • Experience from fast-paced or scaling environments

  • Native or C2 German (mandatory)

Meritorious skills ⭐

  • Experience within hospitality SaaS (strongly preferred)

  • Experience in international sales environments

  • Previous formal leadership experience
