We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a desire to be part of a collaborative team.
What you'll do

Patrol designated areas to ensure vehicles are parked safely, accessibly, and in line with local regulations
Reposition vehicles when needed and help maintain tidy parking locations
Identify and report damaged or non-functioning vehicles and carry out minor fixes where appropriate
Support local community and customer engagement events
Assist riders with basic questions and act as a positive ambassador for Voi and sustainable urban mobility
Help locate vehicles when required to support fleet performance
In the warehouse
Clean and prepare vehicles before deployment to maintain quality standards
Carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks with training and support from experienced colleagues
Assist with receiving, packing, moving, and organizing vehicles and batteries
Support recycling and disassembly activities when required
Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Take care of tools and equipment and always follow health and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
You are currently enrolled at a recognized university and eligible to work as a working student in Germany with at least 1 year left in your studies
You enjoy working in a structured, task-oriented environment
You take pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting your team
You work safely and follow established processes and local regulations
You communicate clearly and escalate issues when support is needed
You are adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities
You enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a positive team environment
You are curious, eager to learn, and open to developing new skills
An interest in vehicles, micromobility, or practical maintenance work is a plus, but not required
Nice to have
A valid driving licence
What you'll gain
Hands-on experience in one of Europe's leading micromobility companies
Training and support from experienced teammates
Opportunities to develop operational, technical, and customer-facing skills
A collaborative and inclusive workplace where your ideas and contributions matter
The chance to help shape more sustainable cities and improve urban mobility
Don't meet every requirement?
We know that great candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about the role and believe you can contribute to our team, we'd love to hear from you. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly match every qualification listed above.
