About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Configuration Coordinator to support the ongoing development and optimization of healthcare information systems within a large public-sector healthcare environment.
In this role, you will coordinate configuration-related activities, collaborate with stakeholders, support system improvements, and ensure that system changes are implemented effectively. You will work closely with business representatives, technical teams, and external partners to maintain system quality and support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on configuration-related activities across multiple initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and change activities.
- Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of system updates and enhancements.
- Maintain documentation and ensure consistency in system configurations.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Communicate changes and updates to affected users and departments.
- Monitor implemented changes and support continuous improvements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system-related projects.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience working with enterprise information systems or business-critical applications.
- Experience coordinating system changes, configurations, or application management activities.
- Practical experience with issue and request management tools.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience working within public-sector, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare information systems or electronic record platforms.
- Knowledge of configuration management and system administration processes.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices and support processes.
- Understanding of data protection, information security, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into system-related solutions.
- Experience working in collaborative environments involving multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
