About the RoleYou will join a global pharmaceutical environment where clinical supply is a critical part of turning science into medicines for patients. In this role, you support the Clinical Supply Chain Management team by helping ensure that clinical materials and related information are handled with quality, accuracy, and speed.

Job Description- You will coordinate and document Product Quality Complaints.
- You will coordinate Product Quality Sample Returns.
- You will document and facilitate deviations that affect product quality or regulatory compliance.
- You will manage documents in the electronic Trial Master File and perform quality control of documentation.
- You will support documentation activities that maintain inspection readiness in line with international GMP standards.
- You will participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- You will use Supply Chain Management systems to support agile ways of working.
- You will help improve Clinical Supply Chain processes through visual management, problem solving, global standardisation, and process confirmation.
- Hands-on experience of GMP, GCP, and GDP.
- An ambition to build a career within supply chain or quality management.
- An academic scientific background.
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on quality.
- A structured and organised way of working, with a strong aptitude for digital systems.
- You thrive in a process-oriented workplace with task-based activities and a clear customer and patient focus.
- Excellent technical communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and Swedish.
- You are comfortable working in a high-paced and agile environment.
- You can balance attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline.
- Degree in supply chain leadership.
