Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Chef at Hotel C Stockholm, you will work closely with our Kitchen Supervisors and leadership team to prep, cook, and plate exceptional dishes that match the festive energy of our venue.

  • Menu Execution: Prepare and cook tasty, high-quality dishes according to our menu specs, ensuring consistency, great flavor, and beautiful presentation on every single plate.

  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams. We are one team with one purpose—you'll support your colleagues, jump in where needed, and celebrate successes together.

  • Memorable Experiences: Craft dishes that bring people together, transforming a simple meal into a memorable experience for our guests.

  • Kitchen Efficiency: Maintain an organized, clean workstation. Assist with daily prep, portion control, and minimizing food waste.

  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP regulations.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: You have at least 1–2 years of experience working as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie, preferably within a high-volume hotel or busy restaurant environment.

  • Calm Under Pressure: You thrive in a bustling, high-tempo kitchen. You stay focused, organized, and positive when the rush hits.

  • Aligned with Our Values: You bring a warm-hearted energy to the kitchen. You prefer a down-to-earth, lively social atmosphere over rigid fine dining.

  • Quality-Driven: You take pride in your craft—from the freshness of your prep to the final check before a dish hits the pass.

  • Language: Professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is a strong plus.
