You will join a global procurement environment where supplier strategy, commercial decisions, and cross-functional collaboration directly influence product quality, cost, and long-term competitiveness. In this role, you will focus on driveline components, including drive shafts and parts for mechanical AWD systems, and support procurement activities across development, sourcing, industrialization, and running production.

You will work closely with colleagues in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and other business functions, while also building strong relationships with an international supplier base. The role combines hands-on sourcing work with a broader strategic perspective, giving you the opportunity to shape supplier performance and create value across the full value chain. It is a strong opportunity for you who enjoy combining commercial ownership with a technically connected product area in the automotive industry.

• You will drive procurement activities for driveline components through development, sourcing, industrialization, and production phases.
• You will lead and support sourcing projects from preparation and analysis to negotiations, supplier selection, and contract management.
• You will identify cost-saving opportunities, drive cost management, and handle claim management.
• You will develop and implement category strategies and supplier strategies that strengthen long-term business value.
• You will build strong commercial relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across a global organization.
• You will analyze the market, assess priorities, and define effective negotiation approaches based on facts and business needs.
• You will collaborate proactively with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and other stakeholders to understand products, supply markets, and innovation opportunities.
• You will contribute to improvements in cost, quality, sustainability, and overall competitiveness throughout the value chain.
• You will challenge existing ways of working when needed and help drive better solutions together with suppliers and internal teams.

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Experience in negotiations.
• Experience working with supplier management and contract-related topics.
• Ability to drive fact-based negotiations and make sound commercial decisions.
• Experience working in an international business environment with global suppliers.
• A structured way of working with planning, prioritization, and goal achievement.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to navigate a complex environment with competing priorities.
• Ability to complete a background check before start.
