About the Role
You will step into a role where strong commercial operations make a real difference in a regulated and international medical device environment. The focus is on helping the business run smoothly across the DACH region by improving data quality, supporting key business systems, and enabling efficient collaboration between Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.
In this role, you will work close to the commercial organization and act as an important link between systems, processes, and business needs. You will support both daily operations and continuous improvement, with a mix of ERP and CRM administration, reporting, analysis, and operational coordination. Job Description
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system.
- You will support pricing updates in line with commercial policies.
- You will prepare ERP-based reports and perform reconciliations related to orders and sales data.
- You will work with Customer Service and Finance to resolve issues across the order-to-cash process.
- You will act as a local point of contact for ERP-related questions and coordinate escalation of system issues when needed.
- You will serve as a local CRM super user and provide first-line support to commercial teams.
- You will support user onboarding, training, and CRM troubleshooting.
- You will monitor CRM data quality and contribute to improvements in commercial processes.
- You will develop reports and dashboards to support Sales and Marketing.
- You will analyze sales performance, customer activity, and key commercial KPIs.
- You will support forecasting and business performance tracking together with Finance and Commercial teams.
- You will provide operational support for initiatives such as segmentation, targeting, territory planning, and incentive programs.
- You will take part in cross-functional projects that improve commercial tools and business processes.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Support, or Data Administration.
- Hands-on experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems in a business environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A solid understanding of commercial processes, including pricing, order management, and customer data management.
- You are comfortable working in a cross-functional and international environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
- Additional training or certifications related to ERP, CRM, or data analytics.
