Scania Industrial Maintenance AB is a technical production support company that is part of Scania CV AB. We have a wide range of services in industrial projects and we are responsible for production and property maintenance within Scania. We are about 1000 employees in Södertälje, Oskarshamn and Luleå. Throughout our business, we work together to continuously improve our deliveries, our methods and our expertise while working with diversity, equality and inclusion. About Us

Our business manufactures and constructs various types of equipment for product development and production units. We are an important part of Scania's success in the shift towards electrified and sustainable transport systems. The preparation team currently consists of 8 people.

Do you want to broaden your network and collaborate with more people within Scania?

As a processor with us, you will receive orders from all over Scania in Södertälje and you will be in contact with both customers within Scania and subcontractors outside Scania to plan and prepare the order in the best way with the customer in focus. At the same time, you will be an important part of a dedicated team consisting of preparers, designers and production technicians who work closely with knowledgeable workshop staff who work together to carry out tool orders with a focus on safety.

Do you have this background?

You have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent through work experience, are ambitious and have the desire to develop as a person with the help of your manager and your colleagues. You either possess or see the potential to develop the following qualities: solution-oriented, good planning skills and a great commitment to driving an idea, making it real and driving it to the goal.

You have knowledge and experience in machining/assembly/welding and Catia and Monitor ERP systems.

You have a natural ability to communicate, good collaboration skills and have a good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Is this you?

Do you have the ability to see things from a holistic perspective while seeing the importance of elaborate details? We believe this can be of great advantage to succeed with the assignment but also in the role of preparer. In the role, you need to break down an order into smaller details that can be easily manufactured in the workshop. Furthermore, you are happy to take your own initiative and you have the ability to lead, follow up and motivate a project group and be able to keep several balls in the air.

You have a great commitment to your assignment and you are good at building relationships and see problem-solving as motivation in your work role. You value personal development and also career development with the opportunity to broaden or advance.
