About the Role

You will help a global company in the packaging and food production space strengthen how local markets build, activate and optimize B2B campaigns. This role combines campaign strategy, content direction, marketing automation and analytics, with a strong focus on guiding markets toward better results. You will work across the full funnel, from audience selection and messaging to execution, reporting and next-step recommendations. Job Description
  • You support local markets in creating, activating and optimizing campaigns based on defined KPIs and objectives.
  • You advise on how existing campaign content can be used effectively across different markets and initiatives.
  • You guide target audience selection, message house creation and how messages should be tailored for different stages of the funnel.
  • You help localize existing content or shape new content pieces together with agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • You support the choice of go-to-market channels and guide agencies in adapting content to the right channel and audience.
  • You help create engaging landing page storylines and support the development of MA email flows.
  • You work with Adobe reports and other campaign data to identify insights, improve performance during execution and recommend next steps after campaign close.
  • You review past initiatives, identify gaps in awareness, engagement or bottom-funnel performance, and suggest targeted improvements.
  • You coordinate selected Tier 1 programmes together with local markets and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience planning, executing and measuring integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels, including digital channels and marketing automation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing, content marketing, some paid media and SEO, with channel understanding tailored for B2B.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Pardot or similar platforms, and previous use of Salesforce (CRM).
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data, work with Adobe Analytics reports or Google Analytics reports, and turn insights into optimization actions.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns, segmentation and tailored messaging.
  • Ability to guide agencies in creating marketing collateral such as case studies, reports, presentations and campaign content.
  • Practical understanding of AI-driven marketing and personalisation for content creation, segmentation or campaign optimisation.
  • Experience with project management and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with local market teams, global communication teams and marketing stakeholders.
  • Background from the technology industry.
Nice to have
  • Experience from the food & beverage manufacturing or packaging industry.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) 1 to few.
  • Master's degree in a related field such as digital marketing.
  • Comfort working across different time zones.
